Unlike many dwarf Lomandra varieties that suffer in tropical climates, Shara with its natural ability to tolerate moist soils and high humidity makes it a great garden plant for those areas. The masses of flowers with their sweet perfume in spring are a real feature of this plant. Shara is a tough and robust grass that will blend with any garden style and is suited to a wide range of climates from the coast to inland. It is very drought and frost hardy.
