Twizzler is a hybrid form of Lepironia articulata, a fresh water plant native to the North coast of NSW. Twizzler has tortured glaucous cylindrical foliage which is a real feature of the plant. It is suited to planting in `Rain Gardens` and `Reed Beds`, for domestic grey water treatment.

Soil Type

Wide range from loam to clay loams and boggy soils. It can be planted in water to 30 cm deep or leave it in a plastic pot and place in a pond or water feature.
