How are our plants shipped
An excellent question. Live plants require express freight, unlike other products, which may take weeks to deliver. The Plant Hub online store ships on Mondays, by courier for metro areas and Australia Post for regional areas.

We are often asked, "How mature are your tube stock plants?"
The answer to this question isn't completely straight forward as each plant's size varies from species to species, and there are also seasonal variances in plant growth. As a guiding principle, we will always send you plants with a well-developed root system ready to plant out immediately in your garden. The following information is a guide to understanding our plant sizes.
Tubes - Tube stock plants are a great low-cost way to garden. We use a range of tube containers to grow our plants, with the average dimensions being 5 cm wide X 9 cm in depth. This size allows for good root development. The height of plants out of the tube varies according to the mature height of the plant. A plant that will grow to 1 metre tall will be taller in the tube than, say, a groundcover that only reaches a mature height of 30 cm.
