Have ordered the Calm-o-Mile plants over two orders. Customer service were great when I rang and advised how much stock I could buy given I wanted to order more than the quantity available online. Delivery shipped as per advertised times on the website.
Was looking for alternative ground cover and interested to see how these will grow over time between stepping stones. They got a bit of transplant shock but bounced right back and I didn’t lose any of the plants in the hot weather. Will be stunning when fully established and in flower. Lovely green colour in the foliage.

We ship to NSW,ACT,Victoria, and Queensland, as quarantine is an important issue with the movement of plants across state borders. Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship plants outside of Australia.

This is an excellent question. Live plants require express freight, unlike other products, which may take a week or so to be delivered using non-express freight services. The Plant Hub uses couriers and Australia Post to ship orders. When your plants are dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know how they have been shipped, and you will also receive a ‘Track and Trace’ label number and a link to the relevant delivery website to track the progress of your delivery.
