With its lush, deeply divided tropical foliage, Philodendron Xanadu creates an instant rainforest feel without the maintenance many tropical plants demand. Forming a dense, naturally rounded clump around 1 metre high and wide, Xanadu is perfect for adding year-round texture beneath trees, around pools, in shaded courtyards or as a feature in large pots. Its rich green foliage provides a striking contrast against flowering plants and complements both modern and tropical garden designs.
Thriving in part shade to full shade, Xanadu performs best in moist, well-drained soil enriched with organic matter. While it appreciates regular watering during dry periods, established plants are surprisingly resilient and require very little attention beyond removing the occasional older leaf. It also tolerates humidity beautifully, making it an excellent choice for coastal gardens and many Australian climates where other shade-loving plants may struggle.

We ship to NSW,ACT,Victoria, and Queensland, as quarantine is an important issue with the movement of plants across state borders. Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship plants outside of Australia.
This is an excellent question. Live plants require express freight, unlike other products, which may take a week or so to be delivered using non-express freight services. The Plant Hub uses couriers and Australia Post to ship orders. When your plants are dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know how they have been shipped, and you will also receive a ‘Track and Trace’ label number and a link to the relevant delivery website to track the progress of your delivery.
As we deliver 'live plants', we naturally want to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We only dispatch orders on Monday of each week (except public holidays) to ensure orders arrive that same week. The cut-off time for orders is 6 pm Sunday. Orders placed after this time will, in most cases, be shipped the following week.
Plants normally arrive during business hours within 2 to 3 days for metropolitan areas. In regional areas, it may take an extra day or so to arrive. If you have ordered plants and have been notified that your order has been dispatched, but has not arrived by Thursday afternoon, don't hesitate to contact our office to track down your order for you.
No, if you would like your order to go to a PO Box, we send your order to Australia Post; however, we ask that you pick up your plants the day they arrive at the Post Office, so you receive your plants in the best condition possible.
